When you choose to build with The Home Company, you get to
meet everyone who will bring your home to life. From dedicated agents to construction superintendents to local vendors, we look forward to meeting with you face-to-face multiple times throughout your home build.
We’ll walk through all the decisions in The Design Studio to finalize your selections and add your touch to the smallest of details. From cabinets to countertops, we offer hundreds of choices from high-quality partners and vendors throughout the Omaha area.
After you pick your lot and floor plan, you’ll begin working with our interior designer, Kim
Bothwell, who can assist you in making your home complete and cohesive. The Home
Company Design Studio has the latest styles, home trends, and customized color
packages on display, so you can see and feel your selections.
We kick off every home construction with a pre-construction conference! You’ll spend time with your sales associate reviewing and approving documents. Our vendors are some of the most professional and dedicated companies in the Omaha area, many of which have worked with us since we were established in 2012.
We know your life is busy, which is why The Home Company does our best to stay right on schedule. We will keep you in the loop of all updates or changes with one-on-one meetings and our various online check points.
This personal experience is all about introducing you to the home you’ve created and showing you its many unique features. We will walk you through your home, demonstrate various maintenance duties, make sure everything is up to standards, and confirm the selections installed are the ones you ordered and love. Following our quality walk, we’ll do a deep clean of your home ensuring when we hand you the keys, it’s move-in ready!
